我院中心摆药室裸片识别和片剂分劈的实践分析

The practice of naked tablet recognition and tablets splitting in the center pendulum medicine room

目的探讨裸片识别和片剂分劈在安全用药中的应用。方法对我院215种裸片进行识别难度调查,对分劈药片进行品种及科室分布调查;交流裸片识别与分劈的经验和技巧。结果难以识别品种26种,占品种总数的12.09%,绝大多数集中在白色小片和黄浅黄色圆形中片中;经常分劈的品种约50余个,以地高辛分劈使用率最高(分劈使用约70%,整片使用仅30%)。各科室分劈频度列前品种多不相同(地高辛分劈度约70%)。操作中使摆放品种"单而不裸,混而不乱"可提高用药安全水平,分劈药片时采用比较对照和裹色标记可提高剂量准确性。结论注重每一个操作细节,才能构筑安全用药的稳固屏障。

Objective To investigate the practice of naked tablet recognition and tablets splitting. Methods Researeh difficulty degree of 215 naked tablet recognition,and study the variety distribution and division distribution,and share expe- rience and skill. Results Variety that hard to recognized was 26, accounting for 12.09% , probably in white, yellow and lightyellow. Splitting variety was more than 50. The highest utilization appeared in digoxin splitting （ The splitting accounting for 70% , the whole accounting for 30% ）. It was different in the variety ranking in the top. Single but not naked, mixed and not random in the operation can prompt drug safety. Compare and wrap color tag can ensure dose accuracy. Conclusion We should pay attention to the details to solid barrier of constructing drug safety.
