摘要
马钢2号高炉自2003年投产以后,通过加强原燃料管理,确保精料入炉,加强炉体冷却设备管理,控制破损冷却设备不往炉内漏水,不断摸索调整高炉操作制度,维持高炉合理煤气分布,促进高炉降低燃料比,2011年2号高炉在稳定顺行的基础上燃料比进一步下降至485 kg/t.Fe,实现了低燃料比生产。
