Discussion on Safety Culture Construction of the Enterprise

企业的安全文化建设是衡量一个企业安全管理水平的重要标志,如何建立和提高企业安全文化建设水平是当代许多工矿企业都面临着的问题,笔者在总结以往安全文化建设经验的基础之上,提出了从精神、制度、物质和行为文化四个方面入手培育企业安全文化的思路。

Enterprise safety culture construction is a significant symbol to measure the safety management level of an enterprise. It is a very important problem for many enterprises faced to how to establish and improve the safety culture construction lever now. Based on the past experience of safety culture construction, the author put forward new thought of fostering the enterpriser safety culture from the four aspects of the spiritual, institutional, material and behavioral culture.
