Owing to the inseparable relationship with profound impact on the theory of sky in Confucian, the sky plays a vital role in our Chinese traditional culture. After occurring of the thinking in the theory of sky which invented by Pre - Qin Confucianist, Confucius inherited by the religiousness of the traditional theory of sky, Subsequently Mencius and Xuncius enriched the connotation of Confucian thinking of the theory of sky. As the process of the development in the theory of sky of Pre - Qin Confu- cianism, the relationship between men and sky are constantly changing variably.
