摘要
电商快递物流本身具有属人的德性,主要表现在它"用时间消灭空间"、"以服务促进和谐"等四个方面。这是电商快递物流伦理的应然景观,实然的伦理状况远要逊于这种理想状态,主要原因在于电商物流服务对"主体"、"顾客"、"服务的深义"和"自我"的遗忘。电商快递物流在顶层制度设计所营造的伦理环境下,遵循伦理秩序的市场约束机制,在竞争中分出胜负良莠。电商快递物流的又好又快发展,离不开德性的回归。
Express logistics of e-commerce embodies itself with the virtue of humanity, mainly manifested in four aspects such as high speed, harmonious service and so on. This is the ought-to- be scenario in the ethics of e-commerce express logistics, however, actual ethical status quo is far from the idealistic expectations, owing to oblivion on "subject", "customer significance of ser- vice" and "self" of the express service. In the ethical environment created by top-level system de- sign, express logistics of e-commerce should follow market constraints mechanism of ethical order and strive to be the winner. Sound and rapid development of express logistics of e-commerce goes hand in hand with the essence of ethic virtues.
