家长式领导研究评述 被引量:1

摘要 随着华人企业发展,学者们对华人企业领导方式的研究也在不断深入,继而具有华人特色的家长式领导成为了研究重点。笔者从家长式领导的起源和定义出发,深度挖掘并总结了不同学者对家长式领导维度研究和量表开发,并总结梳理了家长式领导的效能和效度研究,最后指出了未来应该深入研究的方向。
