摘要
人才培养方案是本科生就业难的重要影响因素之一。本科院校应以社会人才需求为导向,认真进行人才需求调查,合理定位人才培养目标,科学设置人才培养内容,对本科人才方案进行调整优化,以培养出道德、知识和技能均符合社会需要的本科人才,从而增强本科毕业生的社会适应力,提升本科毕业生的就业水平。
The training scheme is one of the most important influencing factors of the undergraduate students' difficulty in employment. In order to improve the rote of undergraduate students' employment,the universities and their colleges should do the social demand investigation earnestly and set the training objectives and contents reasonably on the basis of social demands.
