Study on the Innovative Ability of Postgraduates from Scientific Research Institution

创新是一个国家发展的核心驱动力,创新是企业保持生机和强劲竞争力的不竭动力。创新无处不在,创新就在人们身边。通过对科研院所研究生创新能力现状进行分析,针对如何加强科研院所类研究生的创新能力进行研究,提出系统的培养方式和具体措施。研究结果对研究生创新能力培养提供帮助,对研究生培养单位创新教育具有一定的参考价值。

Innovation is the core driving force of the state development and an inexhaustible motive force for the enterprise to keep vital and strong competitiveness, which is everywhere arotmd us. Through the analysis of postgraduates＇ innovative ability from scientific research in- stitution in presem situation,systematic training methods are proposed to improve their innovative ability. The study results are helpful both to postgraduates in training their innovative ability and to the training sectors in implementing the innovative education.
