高兹认为劳动解放与人类解放是同一的,而且是人的解放的根本。他从劳动解放的主体、时间的解放和自我管理、人的身心和谐三个方面对劳动解放与人的解放之间的关系进行了论述。他认为劳动解放的主体已经由传统的无产阶级转变为后工业时代的无产阶级,时间的解放和自我管理已成为劳动解放和人解放的关键因素,只有消除经济理性和技术理性对社会的控制,资本主义的异化劳动才能被消除,才能实现人的身心和谐。这三个方面是高兹劳动解放思想不可分割的组成部分,对中国的和谐社会建设具有重要的启示意义。

Gorz believes that labor Liberation and Human Liberation is the same, and that is the essence of people＇s Liberation. He dis- cussed the relations between labor Liberation and people＇s Liberation from the following three aspects： Subject of labor Liberation; the liberation and self-management of time; the harmonious of body and mind. He believes that the subject of labor liberation has changed from traditional proletariat to proletariat of the post-industrial era, the liberation of time and self management has become the key factor of labour liberation and human liberation, only the elimination of economic rationality and technology rationality of society, the alienation of labor is eliminated, can realize the harmony of body and mind. These three aspects are an integral part of Gorz＇s thought of Labor Libera- tion, which has important implications for the construction of a harmonious society construction of China.
