摘要 为了有效减少电磁阀结构设计开发中的简单重复劳动以提高设计效率、降低成本,通过参数化仿真手段,建立了基于Visual C++的电磁阀数字样机。该数字样机可以对电磁阀设计开发的整个流程进行监控和操作,包括结构参数的工程计算、应用Pro/E进行三维参数化建模,CFD软件进行流动阻力仿真计算,Maxwell软件进行电磁仿真计算和Ansys软件进行结构仿真计算。最后采用单阀座直动式电磁阀的实测数据以及文献相关数据对数字样机的性能仿真结果进行验证,表明建立的数字样机具有良好的可靠性。 In order to minimize the simple duplication of effort, reduce development cost and improve efficiency in the design and development of electromagnetic valves, a digital prototype based on Visual C++ was established by means of parametric simulations. The digital prototype can monitor and manipulate the entire process of design and development of the electromagnetic valves. This process includes engineering calculation for structural parameters, parametric 3D-modeling by Pro/E, and calculation for flow resistance by CFD, electromagnetic distribution by Maxwell software and structural strength verification by ANSYS software. Finally, the measured data of the single-seal direct-acting electromagnetic valve and data cited from references are used to verify the performance simulation results of the digital prototype. The verification demonstrates that the digital prototype developed in thre present study has good reliability.
