汽车门内板拉深成形数值模拟与参数优化

摘要 针对拉深成形影响因素众多依靠经验无法快速获得最佳参数组合延长设计周期的缺点,采用正交实验及方差分析得出主要影响因素对拉深成形的影响规律,在此基础上,使用综合加权评分对拉深成形进行评价,建立目标函数,运用复合形优化方法对实验结果进行优化。优化结果表明,使用综合加权评分法和复合形算法进行参数优化是可靠的,从而为板料成形CAE分析最佳参数的选择提供一种合理的途径。 It is difficult to get a combination of optimal parameters and shorten design time because there are many factors affecting the drawing forming, the forming principle by using experience, orthogonal experiment and analysis of variance are obtained for the drawing forming. On this basis of those rsults, the drawing function is evaluated by using comprehensive weighted grading and the processing parameters is optimized by using the objective function and complex optimization method. The optimization results show that the synthetic weighted mark method and the complex algorithm is reliable so as to provide a reasonable and advanced way for CAE sheet forming analysis of opti- mal parameter settings.
