摘要 伞降回收是无人机重要的回收方式之一,回收系统的有效性需通过全机着陆试验予以验证。针对小型伞降无人机回收的技术特点,提出了此类无人机全机着陆试验方案。搭建了适用于伞降着陆方式无人机全机着陆试验平台和测试系统。解决了无人机全机着陆试验中机械系统设计和测试系统搭建等技术难题。利用全机试验平台成功进行了某型无人机全机着陆试验。试验结果表明:该试验系统工作稳定、可靠,可用于无人机着陆过程中起落架受载、吸能测试,机体强度验证和全机振动响应等结构性能考核。 Parachute recovery is one of important ways to landing of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV for short), the effectiveness of a recovery system needs to be verified by full scale aircraft landing test. According to the dynam ics characteristics of small parachute landing recovery UAV, a new platform and test system was established for landing recovery test. In this test platform, some key technical problems such as mechanical system design and test system building were solved. The successful implementation of the test shows that, the test system is stable and reli able, and it can be used for UAV landing during landing gear load, energy absorption test, aircraft strength verifi cation and vibration response of structural performance test. And the platform and test system provides some techni cal references for other types of aircraft landing test.
