摘要
汽车车架主要受到来自路面不平度所引起的冲击载荷,利用现有的理论公式很难精确地求解出各连接处载荷的时间历程。基于此,运用ADAMS/Car软件建立整车模型,设置相关的参数。通过仿真计算得到了车架与悬架连接处的载荷时间历程,并将仿真结果与试验结果做了对比,发现两者比较吻合,说明仿真模型的正确性。仿真数据为后续车架的疲劳分析提供了依据。
Abstract: A vehicle frame is an important component that bears the whole vehicle and is subject to the impact load caused by road roughness. It is difficult to use the existing formulae to accurately calculate the time history of load at various joints. Therefore we use the ADAMS/Car software to establish the model of the whole vehicle and set its rel evant parameters. Through simulation and calculation, we obtain the time history of load at the joint between the frame of the vehicle and its suspension. The comparison of the simulation results with experimental results shows that the two types of results are basically consistent, thus proving the validity of the model. The simulation results provide a foundation for the subsequent analysis of vehicle frame fatigue.
