摘要
为了能更安全高效地测试介电弹性体的变形和应变,建立了一种介电弹性体机电性能测试系统。首先设计双向材料预拉伸机构,实现对介电弹性体薄膜进行精确的双向预拉伸,接着使用AVR单片机编写的PWM程序给介电弹性体中心的圆形电极区域逐步施加高电压,再使用高性能工业数字摄像机对介电弹性体薄膜的变化进行实时采集。最后用MATLAB编写的程序分别打开各次采集的图像,对所采集图像进行诸如灰度图、二值化、边缘提取、形态学处理等加工,获得介电弹性体中心的圆形电极区域图像面积的变化量,从而得到介电弹性体的机电特性曲线。
It establishes the testing system for the electro -mechanical performance of dielectric elastomeric . First it designs the pre -tension two -way material institutions which realize accurately pre -tension at two -way , then develops the PWM program to make the center circular electrode area of the dielectric elastomeric gradually to high voltage based on AVR microcontroller .It uses the high -performance industrial digital video camera to real-time record dielectric elastomeric film , opens all acquisition of image respectively , and processes them such as grayscale and binarization , edge detection , morphological , the area variation acquisition of dielec-tric elastomeric circular electrode in the center of the image based on MATLAB program .This provides the elec-tro-mechanical characteristic curve of dielectric elastomeric .
