摘要 根据航天企业开展知识工程的现状和特点,通过对知识项和知识系统应用者的评价,以贡献度和知识质疑为例,定量分析了知识评价的评分规则,探索了内部知识产权等机制的实施方法,探讨了航天企业促进员工参与知识工程的激励机制。 According to the development status and characteristics of knowledge engineering in the aerospace en -terprise , through the evaluation of knowledge and knowledge system users , it takes the contribution and the knowledge query as an example , analyzes the quantitative knowledge evaluation scoring rules , explores the im-plementation of internal intellectual property mechanism , and discusses the incentive mechanism of the aerospace enterprises to promote employees for knowledge engineering .
