正常乳腺及乳腺癌中Fas与FasL的表达及意义 被引量:4

摘要 目的 :了解凋亡相关基因Fas、FasL在正常乳腺组织、原位癌、浸润性癌中的表达 ,分析其在乳腺癌的发生、发展中的作用。方法 :利用免疫组化S P法检测 6 4例乳腺癌及 30例正常乳腺组织Fas、FasL的表达。结果 :正常乳腺上皮、原位癌、浸润性癌中Fas、FasL蛋白表达阳性率分别为 33.33%、57 89%、77.78%和 0、10 0 %、10 0 %。结论 :(1)Fas蛋白的表达与乳腺癌的恶性进展相平行 ,提示Fas可能成为一个有意义的预后指标。 (2 )FasL蛋白的异常表达可能参与了乳腺癌的发生 ,并与乳腺癌的浸润和转移有关。 Objective:To detect apoptosis associated genes Fas and FasL expressison in normal epthelia cells, carcinoma in situ and invasive breast cancer.We evaluated their possible role in the carcinogenesis and development of breast cancer was evalualed.Methods:Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of Fas and FasL in 64 cases of breast cancer tissues and 30 cases of the normal breast tissues.Results:In normal breast tissues ,carcinoma in situ and invasive cancer,the positive rates of Fas and FasL Were 33.33%,57.89%,77.785% and 0,100%,100%,respectively.Conclusions:(1)The expression of Fas is parallel with the extent of tumor progress,and it suggests that Fas may be a reliable prognosti factor of breast cancer.(2) The abnormal exprssion of FasL may be take part in breast carcinogenesis.Furthermore,it is associated with tumor's infiltration and metastasis.
