摘要
在水平定向钻进中,回扩技术对于非开挖敷管的成功起到关键作用。介绍了几种常见非开挖工程用的回扩器,通过建立硬岩回扩器在冲击碎岩、剪切碎岩的力学模型以及讨论岩石破碎条件,重点分析了回扩过程中拉力与扭矩的关系,并对硬岩回扩参数进行优化,提出在钻机上安装传感器和流量计进行实时监测和调整,可对电力非开挖工程的现场施工起到指导作用。
In HDD, reaming technology plays a key role to the success of pipeline laying. Several common reamers were introduced, the relationship between tension and torque by establishing the mechanical model of hard rock reaming of shock rock and shear rock was analyzed, the rock breaking conditions were discussed, and hard rock reaming parameter was optimized. The sensors flowmeter mounted on the rig can realize the real timc monitoring of adjustment was proposed, and this method played an important role in guiding electric pow er project site used HDD.
