右美托咪啶在全身麻醉中的临床效果观察被引量：6

摘要目的：观察右美托咪啶（DEX）在全身麻醉中的临床效果.方法：选择ASA分级Ⅰ～Ⅱ级全麻下择期手术患者160例,随机分为DEX观察组和生理盐水对照组,每组80例.术前对照组微量泵静注生理盐水10ml,观察组静注DEX0.5 ug/kg.记录两组患者苏醒期心血管反应、躁动程度、术后切口疼痛程度评分.结果：观察组1～2级心血管反应、躁动及术后切口疼痛的发生率均低于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论：DEX可减少全麻患者苏醒期不良反应的发生.
