帕金森病轻度认知障碍的研究进展

Research progress of cognitive impairment in Parkinson's disease

帕金森病(PD)是常见的神经变性疾病之一,该病患者认知功能损害很普遍。由于其严重影响患者的生活质量,越来越受到人们的关注。本文就PD合并轻度认知障碍(PD-MCI)的概念、机制、临床表现、影像学进展,生物学标志及诊治等方面简要综述。

Parkinson’s disease（PD）is one of the most common neurodegenerative disorders. The cognitive impairment is common, as it has seriously influenced in people’s life, people pay more and more attention. The concept, mechanism, clinical manifestation, advances in imaging, biomarkers and treatment about PD-MCl and PDD are reviewed in this article.
