Reflections on Strengthening the Stability of Teaching Team in Provincial Universities and Colleges

高校事业的发展离不开一支稳定的教师队伍,由于地方高校自身在主客观上存在着一些问题,人才流失会时而发生。如何减少流失现象的发生,是地方各高校必须要解决的问题。文章就这一问题进行探讨,并尝试提出一些促进稳定的解决措施。

A stable teacher team is inseparable to the develop-ment of a university, but the brain drain may happen from time to time due to some subjective and objective problems of provincial universities. How to reduce the phenomena of talent loss in provincial colleges is a problem which must be solved. This paper aimed to analyze this question and tried to bring forth some solu-tions to the stability of teaching team in universities.
