摘要
高职院校的教师队伍建设可以说是办好一所高校所必需的工作主题和生命线,是推动学校发展、孕育核心竞争力、形成竞争优势的根本所在,它要求对教师的数量、质量、结构及教师队伍建设目标进行预测和规划,对所规划的教师队伍规格、要求进行具体的实施和管理,对实施与管理过程中所需的规章制度进行研究、制定,并对教师队伍起到促进和保证作用。这样一项重要的工作是涉及学校的人事、教务、科研、后勤等各个职能部门的系统工程,但由于各个管理部门分工不同,极易形成师资队伍建设的"缝隙",因此为了建设一支结构合理、素质优良、学术水平高、富有创新意识和活力的教师队伍,探寻出一套高效、实用的高职院校教师队伍建设方法显得尤其重要。
The construction of teacher team in higher vocational colleges can be said to the required work and the lifeline of run-ning a college well, and it is the basis of promoting college devel-opment, nurturing core competitiveness and forming competitive advantage. It requires a prediction and plan for the number, quality and structure of teachers and the goal of construction, the concrete implementation and management of the planned stan-dards and requirements for teachers, as well as the research and making of the required regulations and rules in the implementa-tion and management, so as to promote and ensure the teacher team construction. Such an important work is a systematic work involving many departments, such as personnel, teaching affair, scientific research and logistics, but because of the different labor distribution in these departments,"hiatus"can easily form, so in order to build a teacher team with rational structure, good quality, high academic standard, rich creativity and energy, the explo-ration of a set of efficient and practical method for teacher team construction in higher vocational colleges is particularly impor-tant.
