完善高校内部控制制度的思考

Reflections on the Improvement of University Internal Control System

随着国家对高等教育的重视,高校办学规模不断扩大,高校基础设施的投入不断增加,使得高校内部控制管理出现的问题也越来越多。文章分析了高校内部控制的现状,通过对现阶段高等学校发展过程中出现的一些内部控制问题的分析,提出建立和完善高校内部控制制度的建议和对策。

With more and more national attention on higher edu-cation, university enrollment is increasingly expanding, and uni-versity infrastructure investment is continuingly increasing, re-sulting in more and more problems in university internal control and management. This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of university internal control at the present stage, and proposes suggestions and countermeasures on the establishment and improvement of university internal control system.
