艺术类新生人际交往状况及其影响因素探析

Analysis on the Situation of Art Freshmen's Interpersonal Communication and Its Influencing Factors

在对艺术类新生人际交往状况调查中,发现有54.9%的学生对自己的人际关系现状存在着一定的不满,引起新生人际交往的主要因素有社会、家庭、学校、自身等多方面。正常的人际交往和良好的人际关系是构建"90后"大学生健康心理的前提。因此有必要针对"90后"艺术类的人际交往状况加以分析、研究,并有针对性地开展思想政治教育和心理教育工作,帮助他们走出人际困境。

It is found in the survey on the situation of art fresh-men＆#39;s interpersonal communication that 54.9% of the students are not satisfied with the current situation of their interpersonal relationships to certain extent, and the influencing factors of their interpersonal communication are mainly the society, family, uni-versity, themselves and other aspects. A normal interpersonal re-lationship is the premise of building ＆quot;post-90s＆quot; university stu-dents＆#39; healthy psychology. So it is necessary to analyze and re-search the situation of＆quot;post-90s＆quot; university students＆#39; interper-sonal communication, and accordingly implement ideological and political education and psychological education, so as to help them out of interpersonal difficulties.
