摘要
"90后"大学生由于受社会、学校和家庭等因素的影响,在就业方面特点突出、具有鲜明的时代烙印。随着目前就业形势的日益严峻,也引发了即将毕业的"90后"大学生诸多的心理问题。"90后"大学生就业心理危机的成因主要是社会和高校因素,也存在家庭和个人的问题,深入思考,从发挥高校思想政治教育功能、完善对大学生的就业指导、注重提升大学生就业能力的平台搭建、建立完善的心理危机预警干预体系等四方面寻求解决"90后"大学生就业心理危机的对策。
Being affected by the factors from society, school and family, the "post-90s" students have got special characteristics and distinct time's brand. Along with the increasingly severe em-ployment situation, more and more psychological issues are trig-gered of the"post-90s"students who are about to graduate. The factors for the employment psychological crisis of "post-90s"students are mainly from society, college and also from family and individual problems. This article is aiming to seek the counter-measure to solve the "post-90s" students' employment psycho-logical crisis by performing the college ideological and political education function, improving the employment guidance, facili-tating the platform construction of employability of students and establishing the complete psychological crisis warning and inter-vening system and so on.
