Nervous conduction velocity in elderly diabetics

目的 探讨 2型糖尿病患者神经传导速度的改变。方法 通过肌电图的测定和分析 ,对 6 0例 2型糖尿病患者的神经传导速度进行研究。结果 显示神经传导速度 (NCV)较正常对照组减慢 ,异常率为 42 %～ 85 % ,下肢异常率高于上肢 ,感觉神经传导速度 (SCV)异常率高于运动神经传导速度 (MCV) ,尤以腓浅神经SCV最敏感。结论 NCV检查对早期诊断糖尿病性神经病变具有实用价值。

Objective To study the changes in nervous conduction velocity in diabetics. Method The nervous conduction velocity(NCV) in 60 patients with diabetes mellitus type 2 was studied through the analysis and measurement of EMG.Results NCV was decreased with an abnormality rate of 42%～85%.The abnormality rate of the lower extremities was higher than that of the upper ones.The sensory conduction velocity(SCV) was more sensitive than motor conduction velocity (MCV),especially the superficial peroneal nerve.Conclusion It is believed that NCV may be valuable in the early diagnosis of diabetic neuropathy.
