糖化和糖氧化低密度脂蛋白与糖尿病合并颈动脉粥样硬化的关系 被引量:1

Association between the glycosylated or glycoxidized low density lipoprotein and diabetes with carotid atherosclerosis

摘要 目的 观察糖化低密度脂蛋白 (Gly LDL)和糖氧化低密度脂蛋白 (Gly ox LDL)与非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病(NIDDM)合并颈动脉粥样硬化 (AS)的关系。方法 Gly LDL采用微柱亲和层析法。Gly ox LDL采用微柱亲和层析加荧光分光光度法观察。NIDDM合并颈AS者 (病例 1组 ) 30例 ,无糖尿病的颈AS者 (病例 2组 ) 4 8例。对照组 32例。结果 两病例亚组Gly LDL和Gly ox LDL含量显著高于对照组 (P均 <0 .0 5 )。病例 1组Gly LDL和Gly ox LDL含量显著高于病例 2组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 Gly LDL和Gly ox LDL在颈AS中起重要作用 ,尤其在糖尿病病人颈AS形成中起重要作用。 Objective To clarify the relation between glycosylated low density lipoprotein (Gly LDL) or glycoxidized low density lipoprotein (Gly ox LDL) and non insulin dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM) with carotid atherosclerosis (AS).Methods Seventy eight patients with carotid AS(30 NIDDM patients with carotid AS and 48 carotid AS patients without diabetes) were diagnosed by ultrasonic examination.Thirty two control subjects without the clinical signs of AS and diabetes were chosen on the basis of detailed case history,physical examinations and carotid atheromatous ultrasonic image.Gly LDL was measured by aminophenyl borate agarose gel affinity chromatography.Gly ox LDL was measured by aminophenyl borate agarose gel affinity chromatography and fluorescence spectrophotometry.Results The contents of Gly LDL and Gly ox LDL were significantly higher in NIDDM with carotid AS group[(8.66±2.42)%;(118±83)nmol/L] than those in carotid AS without diabetes group [(6.38±3.03)%;(88±34)nmol/L](P<0.05).The contents of Gly LDL and Gly ox LDL were significantly higher in carotid AS without diabetes group than those in control subjects[(3.30± 1.48)%; (42±26)nmol/L](P<0.05).Conclusions Gly LDL and Gly ox LDL play an important role in carotid AS.They act more importantly on NIDDM with carotid AS than on carotid AS without diabetes.
