摘要
随着数字化变电站和高速铁路技术的发展,为满足高铁对供电系统的新的更高的要求,牵引变电所数字化进程势在必行。国际电工委员会制定的变电站通信和网络协议IEC61850为适用于数字化变电站的唯一国际标准.本文所讨论的基于IEC6185&SCL的变电所建模描述方法可以为今后牵引变电所的数字化改造工程提供一定的借鉴。基于变电站通信和网络协议IEC61850,对牵引变压器保护IED进行了功能分解,对其进行建模和SCL描述。参照IEC61850—6部分定义的变电站配置语言SCL.并以上述建模描述为例完成了牵引变电所SCD文件的配置。
With the development of digital substation and high-speed railway technology, traction substation digitization process must be operated to meet the new higher requirements that high-speed railway posts on the power supply system. The protocol IEC61850 formulated by IEC is the only international standard for digital substation. The modeling and describing method discussed in this paper is based on the IEC61850&SCL and it can provide certain reference for traction substation digitization reconstruction in the future. Based on the substation communication and network protocol IEC61850, the functions of traction transformer protection lED is separated, the model of the lED is built and its SCL configuration is described in this article. With the above as an example, the configuration of SCD file of traction substation is completed refers to substation configuration language which is defined in the IEC61850-6.
