平潭海峡大桥复桥造桥机MSS50有限元分析与试验研究

Numerical simulation and test of large move-support-system at Pingtan Bridge

以MSS50型造桥机为研究对象,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件,对混凝土桥梁浇筑工况的结构进行了强度分析,得到了造桥机结构的应力分布,为结构设计和施工过程监控提供了理论依据。根据有限元分析结果,对结构大应力点进行了测试,测试结果与计算结果较一致,验证了理论模型的合理性。

The MSS50 move-support-system is taken as research object.The body strength after the pouring procedure are analyzed by using the software ANSYS.The stress distribution is presented to give the theory references for the design and elevation of the move-supportsystem.According to the finite element results of structure,the high stress points of structure are validated by the worksite test.
