摘要
根据大型门式起重机的大车走行机构存在着轮压大、台车数量多、制造安装困难、易发生啃轨等问题,结合2000t门式起重机整机性能参数和要求,在分析常见大车走行机构结构的基础上,设计一种双轨式大车走行机构,介绍了走行机构的主要结构,并对其均衡梁、哈夫铰和台车等主要改进部件进行了介绍和对比分析,最后对其结构进行有限元分析和优化。对大车走行机构结构设计提供有益参考。
According to the characters of crane drive mechanics heavy gantry such as wheel pressure heavy,trolley quantity,manufacture and installation difficulties,biting rail easy etc.,combined with performance parameters and requirements of the 2000t gantry crane,based on analysis of common crane drive mechanics,drive mechanics of the 2000t gantry crane is designed.It is introduced of main structure in crane drive mechanics,and major improvements parts such as balance beam,half-hinge and traveling trolley are introduced and analyzed.Finally,its structure are analyzed and optimized base on ansys,the structure and improved design provide some valuable references for crane drive mechanics design.
