摘要
南瓜多糖属于杂化多糖,成分多样。目前,对其研究最多的功用是通过多种机制降低血糖,是公认的降糖活性物质。但随着对南瓜多糖不断深入地研究,人们发现它还具有降血脂、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、免疫增强等多种生理效应。就近年来南瓜多糖的多重生理效应的研究进展作一综述,为其进一步开发利用提供理论依据。
Pumpkin polysaccharide is hybrid polysaceharide with lots of ingredients. At present, the most studied function of it is re- ducing blood sugar through a variety of mechanisms. Pumpkin polysaeeharide is recognized as the hypoglycemic active substance. With the in-depth study, however, several other physiological effects including reducing blood lipid, antioxidation, antitumor, immune en- hancement were developed. In this paper, the recent research progress in multiple physiological effects of pumpkin polysaccharide was reviewed.
