微量元素缺乏乳汁与其喂养婴儿的生长发育及免疫功能的关系研究 被引量:5

摘要 分析了微量元素缺乏乳汁与其喂养婴儿的生长发育及免疫功能的关系。收集兰州地区在医院经检测确定的600例缺乏微量元素的母亲资料作为依据,然后分别测定两组人所喂养的婴儿的体重、身长及临床指征等生长发育指标,并进行比较分析。缺镁、锌、钙、铁与铜的乳汁喂养的婴儿与非缺乏组在体重、身长及临床指征等生长发育指标均差异显著(P<0.05),缺钾、钠的乳汁喂养的婴儿与非缺乏组在体重、身长及临床指征等生长发育指标差异均不显著(P>0.05),产后3个月母乳中元素镁、锌、钙、铁与铜缺乏将直接影响到所喂养婴儿的体重、身长及临床指征等生长发育指标。因此,建议母亲在产后必须及时增加营养、定期检测微量元素并及时干预。
