清益合剂对肺纤维化大鼠血管相关因子及微血管生成的影响 被引量:5

摘要 特发性肺纤维化(IPF)以早期为肺泡炎和肺泡结构紊乱、晚期间质纤维化为特征的疾病,发病机制目前尚不清楚.国外学者新近研究证实IPF的发生、发展与血管相关因子过度分泌、血管过度生成之间有密切关系[1-2],调节过度分泌的细胞因子和微血管生成可能会对IPF有一定的干预作用.本实验重点观察IPF大鼠血管相关因子-血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、内皮素-1(ET-1)及肺组织微血管密度(MVD)的变化,探讨中药清益合剂对IPF大鼠纤维化进程的影响.
