摘要
近年来研究表明,食物血糖指数能有效指导糖尿病人膳食规划,从而控制血糖。本文概述了食物血糖指数概念的发展、数据测定、预测模型建立以及临床应用进展。
In recent years, studies have shown that glycemic index (GI) can effectively guide the diet planning for diabetic pa- tients to achieve the purpose of blood sugar control. This article summarizes the development of concept of food glycemic index, its data measurement, establishment of prediction model and progress of clinical application.
