摘要
研究生文化素养培养机制由三个机制构成,即运行机制、动力机制与约束机制。运行机制包括研究生文化素养培养目标调整机制,研究生文化素养课程设置协同机制,研究生文化素养研究阶段引导机制,研究生文化素养实践阶段深入机制;动力机制包括研究生文化素养政府调控机制,研究生文化素养校园熏陶机制,研究生文化素养导师感染机制,研究生文化素养社会参与机制;约束机制包括研究生文化素养政府管理机制,研究生文化素养校园保证机制,研究生文化素养导师监管机制,研究生文化素养社会监督机制。
Cultivation mechanism of graduate cultural literacy consists of operation mechanism,dynam-ic mechanism and restriction mechanism.Operation mechanism includes target adjusting mechanism of graduate cultural literacy,curriculum collaborating mechanism of graduate cultural literacy,study stage guiding mechanism of graduate cultural literacy and practice stage deepening mechanism of grad-uate cultural literacy.Dynamic Mechanism includes governmental adjustment mechanism of graduate cultural literacy,campus edification mechanism of graduate cultural literacy,tutor infection mechanism of graduate cultural literacy and social participating mechanism of graduate cultural literacy.Restric-tion mechanism includes governmental management mechanism of graduate cultural literacy,campus guarantee mechanism of graduate cultural literacy,tutor supervision mechanism of graduate cultural literacy and social supervision mechanism.
