分析了目前地市级公共馆开展特色参考咨询服务存在的问题,探讨了特色参考咨询服务的主要内容,提出了开展特色参考咨询服务的保障措施。
This article analyses the current problems in the distinctive reference service of the municipal public library, discusses the main content of the distinctive reference service and proposes some measures to develop the dis- tinctive reference service.
