手法复位加针灸理疗对运动中膝关节骨错缝23例疗效观察

Observation of 23 Treatments of Manipulative Reduction plus Acupuncture Physiotherapy on Knee Joint Displacement Caused by Sport

观察手法复位加针灸理疗对运动中膝关节骨错缝的临床疗效。43例患者随机分为两组,治疗组(23例)采用手法复位加针灸理疗治疗;对照组(20例)采用中医常规疗法;4次为一疗程,疗程内治愈不重复治疗。得出结论,手法复位加针灸理疗对运动中膝关节骨错缝有显著性疗效,值得推广运用。

To observe the manipulative reduction plus acupuncture physiotherapy treatments to sport caused the knee joint displacement clinical efiqcacy. 43 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group （23 cases） using manipulative reduction plus acupuncture physiotherapy treatments; the control group （20 cases） using traditional Chinese medicine to conventional therapies; 4 times for a course of treatment is not repeated treatment when patients had cured. Conclusion： manipulative reduction plus acupuncture physiothera- py treatments to sport caused the knee joint displacement was significant effect, worthy of promotion use.
