弹性棒动态内固定治疗腰椎退行性疾病的初期效果 被引量:8

摘要 目的评价弹性棒动态内固定治疗腰椎退行性疾病的初期临床效果。方法采用弹性棒动态内固定治疗腰椎退行性疾病患者20例,随访分析患者的疗效和并发症,测量和比较手术前后患者Oswestry功能障碍指数问卷表(ODI)、疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS),椎间隙高度、运动范围和髓核MRI T1值。结果所有患者获12个月以上随访,无严重并发症发生。优良率为80%,术后1年腰痛、下肢放射痛VAS评分和ODI评分均较术前明显减少(P<0.01),手术上、下位节段椎间隙高度、运动范围、髓核MRI T1值与术前比较均无明显变化(P>0.05),手术节段运动范围较术前明显减少(P<0.05),髓核MRI T1值和椎间隙高度较术前明显增加(P<0.05)。结论弹性棒动态内固定治疗腰椎退行性疾病可达到满意临床效果,近期不会导致邻近节段退变,可能有利于手术节段髓核修复。
