自噬与缺血/再灌注损伤 被引量:6

摘要 缺血/再灌注损伤(ischemic reperfusion injury)是指组织或器官缺血及重获血流灌注或氧供应后,对组织或器官所产生的损伤作用[1].目前认为缺血/再灌注损伤与氧化应激、细胞内钙超载、线粒体功能紊乱、细胞炎症、自噬、凋亡等诸多细胞与分子生物学机制有关,而自噬在心、脑及肾脏等组织缺血/再灌注过程中均发挥着较为重要的作用.尽管越来越多的实验证明,自噬的诱发与缺血/再灌注损伤的减轻有关[2],但是其具体机制尚不明确.因此本文对自噬在缺血/再灌注损伤中的作用的相关研究进展做一综述,希望对缺血/再灌注损伤发生发展机制的研究提供一些新的思路.
