骨关节炎的表观遗传学研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 骨关节炎是多因素导致的疾病,除了生活习惯、自身体质外,它还受很多基因及环境因子的影响.骨关节炎的病理变化主要是关节软骨的退变及软骨细胞外基质的改变.软骨细胞正常基因调控模式越来越受到人们关注,它的改变促进骨关节炎的发生和发展.近年来,表观遗传学在骨关节炎的发生发展中的作用越来越受到人们的关注.本文从微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)介导机制、染色质修饰及DNA甲基化的改变3个方面讨论表观遗传学与骨关节炎的关系.
