摘要
采用硼酸-化学交联法制备了可用于水处理的聚乙烯醇(PVA)凝胶小球,通过对凝胶小球的弹性、力学强度、压缩强度和比表面等性能的测试及SEM照片分析,考察了交联剂种类和PVA质量分数对凝胶小球的影响。结果表明,选用CaCl2作交联剂、质量分数为5%的PVA,凝胶小球有较好的性能。将制备而成的PVA固定化微生物凝胶小球用于水处理中,氨氮的去除率在15 h后可达90%。
PVA hydrogel beads applied to water treatment were prepared by boric acid-chemical crosslinking method and the effect of crosslinking agent and concentration of PVA on hydrogel beads were investigated through measuring performance such as elasticity, mechanical strength, compression strength, specific surface and SEM image. Results showed that the hydrogel beads had better performance with CaC12 as crosslinking agent and PVA of 5 %. When PVA immobilized microorganism hydrogel beads were used in water treatment, ammonia removal rate could reach 90% after 15 hours.
