改性玉米秸秆复合高吸水树脂对亚甲基蓝的吸附性能研究 被引量:9

摘要 以植酸改性玉米秸秆与丙烯酰胺、乙烯基吡咯烷酮、衣康酸接枝共聚合成了植酸改性玉米秸秆复合高吸水树脂(PCS-SA),并将其用于亚甲基蓝(MB)水溶液的吸附,研究了MB初始质量浓度、pH值、温度对MB吸附性能的影响,并对MB吸附过程进行了热力学等温线和动力学拟合,采用SEM对PCS-SA的形貌进行了表征。结果表明,MB吸附容量和吸附速率随温度的升高而增加。随着MB初始质量浓度的增加,MB的吸附容量不断增大。当MB初始质量浓度为1 400 mg/L,pH为7.0时,MB吸附容量达1 317 mg/g。MB溶液吸附等温线符合Langmuir方程,吸附动力学符合准二级动力学方程。 Absorption of methylene blue (MB) in water by phytic acid modified corn stalk composite superabsorbent (PCS-SA) , prepared by graft copolymerization of acrylamide, vinyl pyrrolidone and itaconic acid with phytic acid-modified corn stalk ( PCS), was investigated. Effects of initial MB concentration, pH value and temperature on dye adsorption capacity of MB were studied. Thermodynamic adsorption isotherms and adsorption kinetics were fitting. Morphologies of PCS-SA were characterized by SEM. The results showed that MB equilibrium adsorption capacity and adsorption rate increased with increasing temperature. MB equilibrium adsorption capacity increased with increasing initial MB concentration. MB adsorption capacity reached 1 317 mg/g at MB initial concentration of 1 400 mg/L and pH 7.0. The MB absorption process fitted with the Langmuir model and adsorption kinetics accorded with a pseudo-second-order kinetic model.
