The determination of the Residual Monomers in PMMA by using Ultrasonic Extraction-gas Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry

对聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)中的残余单体甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)可采用超声波萃取气相色谱法定量,质谱法定性。着重研究了PMMA的预处理方法。比对实验表明,该方法分析结果的重现性和准确性较好,对PMMA合成工艺的研究具有指导作用。

In this paper, the determination of residual in methyl methacrylate （MMA） monomers of polymethyl methacrylate （PMMA） was mainly carried out by ultrasonic extraction-gas chromatography （UEGC） quantitatively and mass spectrometry （MS） qualitatively. It focused on studying the pretreatment method of PMMA, the result of the comparison experiments showed a better repeatability and accuracy. This method had a guidance function on studying the synthesis process of PMMA.
