摘要
测试了3种不同铝塑复合板芯材的拉伸强度、冲击强度和热性能,以及铝塑复合板的剥离强度。结果表明,铝塑复合板芯材随着聚乙烯用量的增加,冲击强度增加,而拉伸强度降低。对于铝塑板而言,随着聚丙烯含量的增加,复合材料的剥离强度降低。从DSC曲线上可以很好地辨别铝塑复合板芯材的组分,在实际使用中能获得满意的结果。
In this study the aluminum plastic composite panels tensile strength, impact and thermal property of core layer on 3 different (APCP) were investigated, as well as peel strength. The results showed that with the polyethylene (PE) increased; the impact strength of core layer plastics on APCP was decreased, while the tensile strength was increased. With the polypropylene (PP) increased, the peel strength of APCP was decreased. The components of core layer plastics on APCP can be well tested using differential scanning calorimeter (DSC). Therefore, the satisfactory results can be obtained in practical application.
