摘要
海上地震资料采集是一个多学科交叉的专业性非常强的联合性作业工种,因此对物探采集监督这一岗位在专业技术和管理能力上要求都非常高。作为提供物探采集监督的企业单位,能够在最短时间内高效快速地培养出合格甚至优秀的物探采集监督则显得尤为重要。创新性地探讨了一种更为快速化的物探监督培养模式,即BASWI模式。从监督成长序列和进程上分析和总结,选择性地吸收了当前物探采集监督培养模式的经验和方法,提出了物探采集监督培养进程的4个阶段所需要采取的一些培养措施和方法。
The offshore seismic data acquisition is a muhidisciplinary professional integrated job, so the requirement of the profes- sional technical and management ability of geophysical acquisition supervisors is very high. For an enterprise which provides geo- physical acquisition supervision service, it is important to quickly and efficiently train qualified, even excellent geophysical acquisi- tion supervisors in the shortest time. Here a rapid training mode, i.e., BASWI mode is proposed. Through the analysis and summary of growth process of the geophysical acquisition supervisors, some useful experience and methods are absorbed from the current training modes of geophysical acquisition oversight, and the necessary training measures and methods in the four stages of the geophysical ac- quisition supervisor training process are presented.
