油田污水腐蚀测试方法的评价与改进 被引量:3

摘要 采用自行设计的流动腐蚀测试装置并结合静态试验、大罐挂片等方法,对陕北某采油厂桌注水站的腐蚀状况进行了监测评价,对腐蚀后试片进行了电镜扫描分析。结果显示:静态腐蚀速率为0.0469-0.0552mrrda,流动腐蚀速率为0.5126~0.5299mm/a,大罐腐蚀速率为0.3250—0.3414mm/a,静态腐蚀测试法所测得的腐蚀速率与实际腐蚀速率差异较大,且不能真实反映实际中的点蚀、坑蚀等局部腐蚀情况;自行设计的流动腐蚀测试装置测试数据与大罐挂片所测的腐蚀速率更为接近。 The corrosion status of some water injection station equipment in an oil production plant in northern Shaanxi is tested by using the self-designed flowing corrosion test equipment. The tested results are compared with those measured using static tests and hanging pieces. The eroded specimens were scanned using the electron microscope and analyzed. The results show that: the static corrosion rate is 0.046 9-0.055 2 mm/a, the flowing corrosion rate is 0.512 6-0.529 9 ram/a, and the corrosion rate of hanging pieces is 0.325 0-0.341 4 mm/a. There is a greater difference between the static corrosion rate and the actual corrosion rate, and the static corrosion rate cannot truly reflect the actual situation of localized pitting corrosion. The corrosion rate tested using the self-design flowing corrosion test device is more close to that measured by using hanging pieces.
