摘要
采用Vicon三维运动分析系统和中国功夫测试工程人等,收集受试者运动学、力学和肌电数据,分析形意拳崩拳劲力发放的特点及击打效果。结果显示:实验组受试者右手速度、加速度以及左右脚地反力大于对照组;实验组平均肌电值与对照组无显著性差异,但部分肌肉的峰值肌电呈高度显著性差异;除胸骨柄和胃以外,实验组击打工程人各部位的加速度高于对照组。在崩拳时实验组肌肉收缩的效率和强度高于对照组,实验组通过下肢快速制动,实现人体为一刚体的力的传递方式,最大化地发挥崩拳的击打效果。
The study used Vicon motion analysis system, Noraxon wireless sEMG system and Kungfu dummy to collect the kinematic, kinetic and sEMG data in every tested subject. The findings indicate that the advanced level group (ALG) had higher displacement, punching velocity, acceleration on right hand and ground reaction force on both legs comparing with the beginning level group (BLG). The average root means square (RMS) of sEMG was not different between two group levels, but some muscles showed significant difference between two level groups in peak RMS. The acceleration from dummy' s' acceleration sensors showed the acceleration of ALG were significantly higher than that of BLG, except the acceleration on the part of manubrium and stomach. Conclusions were drawn that subjects in ALG had higher velocity and acceleration while performing Beng Quan. Secondly, subjects' punching effect can be best achieved by the fast braking with lower limbs, by way of the momentum transfer from the ground to the fist.
