原子吸收法检测重金属元素的实验室内质量控制研究进展

Laboratory quality control of detection of heavy metal elements by atomic absorption spectroscopy

原子吸收法是各类食品国家标准中普遍采用的重金属元素分析方法,本文主要综述了国内外原子吸收法检测重金属元素时实验室内所采取的质量控制措施,主要从基础质控和分析过程质量控制两个方面进行论述。并对我国在该领域的发展做了相关的展望。

Atomic absorption method is widely used in all kinds of food detected standard of the heavy metal element analysis. This paper has reviewed the laboratory quality control methods of atomic absorption spectroscopy for the detection of heavy metal ele- ments ,discusses from the basic quality control and process of analysis quality control, and proposed some prospects for the future civil quality control development.
