从图书馆用户视角出发,分析不同用户类型,进而研究图书馆用户信息需求特点;通过调查图书馆知识服务现状,从人力资源角度、信息资源建设角度、现代化信息技术角度、图书馆服务流程等角度出发提出相关措施来提高图书馆知识服务水平和质量。

From library users perspective, the authors analyses different user types and researches characteristics of library users＇information needs. Through investigating the present situation of library＇s knowledge service, from the angles of human resource construction, modern information technology,library services process et al, this paper puts forwsard relevant measures, to improve the level and quality of library knowledge service.
