摘要
推动公共图书馆免费开放可持续发展,必须采用公共服务绩效评估的理论和方法,对公共图书馆免费开放绩效评估问题进行探讨。对公共图书馆进行绩效评估的范围,可以从定性、定量和享受免费服务读者满意度调查三方面进行。要从四个方面进一步研究加强公共图书馆免费开放绩效评估的政策路径。
To promote sustainable development of the public library＇s free opening to the public it is necessary to a- dopt the theory and methods of performance evaluation of public service. This paper mainly discusses the perform- ance evaluation from three aspects： 1. qualitative analysis, 2. quantitative analysis and, 3. satisfaction of read- er. Further more it is also necessary to study the policy of performance evaluation for free opening of the public li- brary in four areas.
