颈椎弓根置钉的影像学测量

Radiological measurement of the cervical pedicle for screw placement

目的 :探索一种能指导颈椎弓根螺钉置钉手术操作的影像学测量方法。方法 :随机取福尔马林浸泡的成人颈椎标本 (C1～T1)共 7具 ,保留完整的脊柱三柱结构及相关的韧带和椎旁肌 ,分别摄取颈椎标本的X线片及CT断层扫描 ,测量其颈椎弓根内、外径的高、宽 ,选择以颈椎侧块平面为参考平面 ,进行进钉点和进钉方向的测定 ,并将 7具标本全部进行实体解剖肉眼观察 ,对比影像学测量结果的有效性。结果 :影像学测量结果与实体解剖测量比较有效率为 10 0 %。结论

Objective:Exploring for a radiological measurement method to direct the cervical pedicle screw placement.Method:Seven cadaver intact cervical spine of adults specimens were used,and the relative tissues such as ligaments and muscles were reserved.Plain X ray film and computed tomography(CT) were performed in all specimens.The external and inner pedicle heights and widths were evaluated anatomically.The distances from the projection point of pedicle axis to the reference line related to the lateral edge of the lateral mass (vertical) and the inferior edge of the inferior facet (horizontal) were measured.The angle of pedicle screw insertion referred to lateral mass were also measured.Finally,the availability of the radiological measurement was evaluated as compared to that of the anatomic gross measurement in all specimens.Result:The availability rate of radiological measurement was 100%.Conclusion:In our study, the radiological measurement method is available.
